Dr. Kai Ruggeri is an Assistant Professor at Columbia University in New York. He is a behavioral scientist that works with population-level data to design policy interventions with local and national governments, as well as with businesses and non-profits. He was previously Director of the Policy Research Group at the University of Cambridge and has been Visiting Faculty in the Executive MBA & MBA programs at HEC Paris (France and Qatar).
