How to refer?
Referring candidates is easy: simply complete our Alumni Referral Program online form. As program places are limited, please start the process early, as participants may be eligible for a scholarship if they are a direct relative of yours.
What happens after you refer a candidate?
We will contact the candidate via email informing them of the referral and inviting them for a one-to-one meeting in-person or over the phone. The candidate will then receive all the necessary information regarding the degrees, the admissions process, and their eligibility for the program. You will be notified if the candidate starts the application process and when a final decision is reached. As a gesture of appreciation, we will offer you a choice of gifts from our alumni online shop.

<td style="width: 562px;"><strong>Seungah Sarah Lee is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Organizations at HEC Paris, Doha. </strong><br />
Her research broadly explores how global models, scripts, and norms become transmitted and adapted to influence organizational forms, practices, and change. She is particularly interested in how nation-states and organizations negotiate the changing demands of a globalized world and adapt models for sustainable development to foster (social) entrepreneurship and innovation in their local contexts. More recently, she has been involved in collaborative research partnerships that examine how quasi-governmental organizations broker and facilitate collaborative opportunities between startup ventures and beneficiaries for societal impact. <br />
Her work has been funded by the Fulbright-Hayes Fellowship, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, and the Stanford Abbasi Program on Islamic Studies and published in journals such as the Academy of Management Perspectives, Scientific Reports, World Development, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, in numerous book chapters, as well as policy research reports. <br />
Seungah also has extensive experience working in the Middle East, the US, and East Asia. She has led and advised on organizational strategies, designed adaptive leadership programs, developed impact evaluation frameworks, and provided policy research and advisory services. She also worked as the interim director of a corporate philanthropic foundation, overseeing foundation strategy, board governance, and grant project development. </td>

<td style="width: 562px;"><strong>Seungah Sarah Lee is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Organizations at HEC Paris, Doha. </strong><br />
Her research broadly explores how global models, scripts, and norms become transmitted and adapted to influence organizational forms, practices, and change. She is particularly interested in how nation-states and organizations negotiate the changing demands of a globalized world and adapt models for sustainable development to foster (social) entrepreneurship and innovation in their local contexts. More recently, she has been involved in collaborative research partnerships that examine how quasi-governmental organizations broker and facilitate collaborative opportunities between startup ventures and beneficiaries for societal impact. <br />
Her work has been funded by the Fulbright-Hayes Fellowship, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, and the Stanford Abbasi Program on Islamic Studies and published in journals such as the Academy of Management Perspectives, Scientific Reports, World Development, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, in numerous book chapters, as well as policy research reports. <br />
Seungah also has extensive experience working in the Middle East, the US, and East Asia. She has led and advised on organizational strategies, designed adaptive leadership programs, developed impact evaluation frameworks, and provided policy research and advisory services. She also worked as the interim director of a corporate philanthropic foundation, overseeing foundation strategy, board governance, and grant project development. </td>
